Normality is nice

It's been a good week. Finally updated my work's website after weeks of department muppetry, took a karate class on my own which went down well, have put loads of stuff on ebay and feeling great health-wise after last week's rubbish cold-thing.

Have uploaded FlickR with all the Brain-training pictures we've done so you can see how talented Kerry and I are at drawing! This has all been put on hold since buying Trauma Center: Under the knife game. It's a surgical game where you do operations using the gameboy stylus as a scalpel. Such a cool game.

This weekend will mostly be watching Big Bro tonight, last chance shopping before Ibiza (holiday less than a week away) and going to a BBQ Saturday with some newish friends. I've a feeling we'll be cooking under a brolly and passing out through home-made wine. Chris is a big drinker, being ex-army and I'm small fry when it comes to alcohol. Not looking forward to Sunday.

GingerDJRoblog has been lynched by the Six TV mafia. Back in August (10th) I reported about the Solent Sci-fi TV programme we watched and its DIY presentation. This week I've been bombarded (well two of them) by the makers of the show with defensive swipes. From the recent bollox on digital lately I could be persuaded to view more of the Adventures of Stephen Brown . I'm also considering to ask for a walk on part for their next production. Picture above is from their Tubcon Invasion series - great costume and more exciting photos from their picture gallery . I've also found their YouTube videos . Talking of costume, I've learnt that the NYE party will have a mandatory dress-code of hat wearing. A little research has uncovered some websites for inspiration including Sabrina, the teenage witch's cat (or rather its stuffed relative) modelling some ideas. Just found a cute animation on YouTube called Kiwi!
