Does anyone remember the Cartoon Network animation ' Two Stupid Dogs '? Last week I was reminded of them from the almost just as stupid act of mislaying my phone. Presenting 'Where's the bone?' and another episode from 2 Stupid Dogs, 'Sheep Dogs'. Love the part where one of the dogs gets quite frustrated with a sheep whilst teaching it to bark. Looks like the 'Network that brings cartoons' in the USA has clamped down on any YouTubers uploading the Regular Show. Luckily, someone out there hasn't been able to do it under the radar. I now feel like a dodgy geezer in a pub offering fake Rolex watches.

Wow. Its been a while since I've seen anything this original, bizarre and funny at the same time. Characters you'd expect Noel Fielding to create, dialogue and lines from hilarious dope-smoking slackers and a cartoon style like Amos or Pete Fowler (Monsterism) . Cartoon Network has only just broadcast this series in the US but thank god for YouTube. Sit back and enjoy.

Another smack in the physog for the UK Venture Bros. fan. This is another teaser trailer for the Adult Swim cartoon which won't be broadcasted on these shores for a least a year. Found some great web content this week and for anyone not following me on Twitter or Facebook here's a summary of what I've found this week. Witnessing the birth of an idea in real time is quite a unique feeling of excitement (and a time-waster if you're working). The often misunderstood social media that is Twitter catapulted what might have been just a whimsical daydream movie idea by Britcom legend, Simon Pegg into a web and media frenzy (ok, frenzied action by fans perhaps). Earlier today, he announced the project's green light of 'Jet Bike Steve and The Bikini Thief' on Lauren Leverne's BBC 6 Music radio show . The Tweet from @Simonpegg started it all off was " I'm gonna write a film about jet bikes. I like them, they go fast on the sea. I play the main character, Jet Bike Steve. That's all so far." at 3:22pm on 23rd March 2010. The Twitter banter escalated between Nick Frost , Edgar Wright and about 252,986 followers (as on 26th March). We'd bought tickets way back in September last year on probably the very day it was announced yet we were still the second row. Are people psychic or something? Still we had an excellent view and if Charles Ross had eaten garlic we would have smelt it. The support comedian did a good job diverting the audience's attention for 30 minutes and had some very bizarre views on life. The main attraction didn't disappoint either with all three books/films played out. The first film was perfectly executed with accents and mannerisms picked up. Between the first and un at second, Chrales Ross whilst drinking water to recover asked the audience how many had seen the movies or had read the books. Amazingly, some had seen neither! The 'gay' comradeship between the two Hobbits was picked up in the performance as well as some gentle poking of fun at Legolas . Probably the best moment for me was the Pippin singing whilst Denethor ate tomatoes scene re-enacted so well - a hila...

No idea why Sean Lock didn't play Brighton but it was good to visit somewhere different even if it was Bexhill. His latest tour, Lockipedia was playing at the De La Warr Pavilion which looked very impressive. A pre-show dinner was ordered from Cafe Belge which had the smell of an old people's home and the food was average though was probably down to the lack of staff coping with the Sean Lock punters. I couldn't argue with its 'best burger in town' as I hadn't had any other burger in Bexhill but knew I'll never order a burger in Bexhill for the rest of my life. Apart from the food, it was the beer that made up for the visit. The beer cocktail that I instantly fell in love with as soon as I tasted it was the Tropical consisting of Floris Mango and Mongozo Coconut beer. It was a pina colada in a pint and even Kerry couldn't help herself trying to steal it. Luckily our quick ordering before a previous big group allowed us to escape in time for the 8pm ...

According to Charlie Ross' Twitter he's added a YouTube video with some footage of his show. Its slightly strange without any audience reaction but good nonetheless.

I don't often check Jackson Publick's blog (creator of the Venture Brothers ) that often as he doesn't write that regularly but today I noticed an exciting entry of Season 4 preview. There's a great quote of "I love Hitler and Hitler loves me!" with some Nazis featured in an episode. With a key character leaving in the last episode of Season 3 (won't ruin it for those haven't seen it) there are some clues as to who will replace that person.

With Josh and Christie leaving so early in Sunday we took advantage of our lie-in privileges and went over to Worthing to see the International Worthing Birdman . If you're not familiar with this eccentric tradition, its basically a load of sponsored nutters who either build their own glider to get the most distance or dress up to hurl themselves off the pier. It was a good turn out thanks to the glorious weather though there was room for more. Saturday had the more serious competitors so we settled in for some leaping lemmings. All the contestants had their own backstory, charity and small comedy routine played to their own music. Happy Birthday to Paul as we tried out some free all nighter at Al Duomo on Friday night. Can't quite say whether it will catch on having banging tech-house in a restaurant. The soapy Tuacas mostly put us off but mainly the decor and lighting stopped us from really going for it. Saturday was the always welcome visit to Wagamamas with a stop at the legal high shop in Sydney Street then down Paul's basement to try out my new laptop for DJing. Modern Toss Last Sunday we saw Modern Toss - A Night Of Edwardian Chamber Filth at the Old Market, Hove which was part of the Fringe entertainments. The evening cocked up before even seeing it as I got the location completely wrong so had to walk a mile across town thinking we'd miss about 20 minutes. Luckily, the ticket got the time wrong and we were able to get a drink and get a decent seat. It was Fantastic!
